Here are our 5 favorite natural remedy stores that offer holistic health solutions and herbal apothecary in Massachusetts (and the list is evolving!) Do you have any to add?
Red Antler Apothecary (Lowell, Salem)
We visited Red Antler on our Mill No. 5 Food Tour in Lowell, and love everything they offer from proprietary concoctions to raw honey. They own their own farm and are extremely knowledgeable, so our best advice is to go there and ask them for a customized solution to your needs.
Crose Nest (Hudson)
This special place is all about small batch and has everything from DIY tea mixtures to create your own customized facial wash and blends. Add a little sparkle to your life or calm down – they have it all.
Cornucopia Wellness Market (Northampton, MA)
On our Northampton Food Tour, we meet at the famous Thornes Marketplace, and it’s a great spot to shop before or after the tour – we circle back there as well! Cornucopia definitely has an abundance of interesting and hard-to-find natural and organic brands, from personal products to delicious eats.

Cambridge Naturals (Porter Square, Cambridge and Brighton, Boston)
The original store is an absolute staple in the neighborhood; this delicious spot always has ample parking outside of the Shaws parking lot right in Cambridge. And we love that it’s family owned and operated! Their merchandising will inspire you to try something new.
Cleenland (Central Square, Cambridge)
Purchasing items by the ounce is revolutionary, and cleenland is there for you in this journey. They are a low-waste, no shame store and will help you discover items that are as “clean” as their research! Very cool spot to visit before or after our Central Square Food and Mural Arts Tour.
And a shout out to our favorite natural remedy store in Vermont: Lunaroma, which ships to Boston!
In good health,
