“I had such a great time on the Off The Beaten Path food tour in Davis Square! Our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and fun. We ate truly delicious food- lots of it- so make sure you come hungry. The tour featured lots of small, new restaurants/food businesses as well as some pretty well established ones and we actually got to meet and talk with a few great local business owners as a bonus! We learned a lot about the local history of the square too. Excited to see what this tour company does in the future and would absolutely go on another run by this group.”

My fiance and I were both born and raised in the Boston area, but we were truly impressed with just how much we were able to learn about Davis Square, Somerville, and Boston from our guide. She has a true passion for her work, which makes the tour all that much more enjoyable. The eateries truly were “off the beaten path” and the shop owners were so welcoming! Whether you’re new to town or you’ve lived here your whole life, an Off the Beaten Path Food Tour is sure to introduce you to a variety of new experiences.

We got an informative, scenic tour of the Davis Square neighborhood, and enjoyed delicious, quality food. I liked that the particular group that I was on was small, which allowed everyone to bond; it felt like I was with friends. I also liked hearing from some of the owners who talked about their restaurant’s concepts, shared some noteworthy ideas about their cuisine, or did some demonstrations. Recommended!
